We offer FREE DHL shipping on all orders from Tbilisi, Georgia. International deliveries typically arrive within 5-6 business days after they've been shipped.

Local orders are delivered within 1-3 days, depending on the region and location.

Please note that your country's customs office may charge additional VAT and import duties, which are outside of our control.

For orders to Switzerland, a special Hallmark stamp is required by law. This process adds an extra 3-4 weeks to the delivery time.

We usually process and ship orders within 48 hours if the item is in stock. If it's not, we'll notify you via email within 24-48 hours of your purchase
