Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE DHL shipping on all orders from Tbilisi, Georgia. International deliveries typically arrive within 5-6 business days after they've been shipped.

Local orders are delivered within 1-3 days, depending on the region and location.

Please note that your country's customs office may charge additional VAT and import duties, which are outside of our control.

For orders to Switzerland, a special Hallmark stamp is required by law. This process adds an extra 3-4 weeks to the delivery time.

We usually process and ship orders within 48 hours if the item is in stock. If it's not, we'll notify you via email within 24-48 hours of your purchase.

Return & Customs

You can return or exchange any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying local customs or import duties upon arrival.

Care & Maintenance

Gold-plated jewelry naturally changes over time — even though our pieces are coated with a very thick layer of gold, the plating may gradually fade or wear away. This is completely normal and part of the character of plated jewelry. With proper care, you can greatly extend their life and keep them looking beautiful. To preserve your jewelry’s shine:

Avoid moisture & chemicals: Water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents can speed up fading. Always put jewelry on last, after skincare and fragrance.

Remove during activities: Take off your pieces before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping to prevent unnecessary wear.

Store carefully: Keep items in a soft pouch or separate compartment to avoid scratches and contact with other jewelry.
